Refund Policy
This policy outlines how Shotify handles refund requests related to purchases.
Effective date: May 3, 2026
1. General Policy
All refund requests are reviewed case by case, taking into account applicable law, platform rules, and the nature of the purchased credits or services.
2. Credit Purchases
Unused credits may be eligible for review where required by law or where a technical issue prevented intended use. Used or partially consumed credits may not be refundable.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience app errors, duplicate billing, or unsuccessful service delivery, contact us with transaction details so we can investigate.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are typically returned through the original payment channel, subject to payment processor and app marketplace timelines.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may be denied for misuse, policy violations, fraudulent transactions, or cases where services were successfully delivered.
6. Contact for Refund Requests
To request review of a purchase, email hello@example.com with your account and payment details.
